Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2017

Velvet sleeves, golden cuff links, oxford shoes, and greasy hands: all intricacies found left and right at this year's Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. Despite facing Miami's combination of tropical rains and sweldering heat, we headed out to the festivities, starting at Triple Triumph for a brief look at the newest bikes & a quick bite of breakfast.
Then we moved onwards to Junior and Hatter, host of last year's starting point and home to a variety of hair and spa treatments in the heart of Wynwood.
The rambunctious group of riders scrambled through the crowded streets of Wynwood, Brickell, and to the far outskirts of Miami, destined to celebrate at Schnebly Redlands Winery & Brewery in Homestead, Florida. Although the trip was arduous, (Miami at noon on asphalt is an experience in itself) , there were ample new photos, friends, and memories made.
The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is an International event that acts as a fundraiser to raise awareness of several men's health issues, primarily Prostate Cancer & Suicide Prevention.
With nearly 5 million dollars raised this year, the event seems to gather more and more steam each year. Last year the ride boasted 56,000 participants worldwide and ended up raising 3.6 million dollars.
Riding through the heat of mid-day South Florida is well-worth supporting such a noble cause.

This outing was the last ride of our beloved black custom Harley Scrambler, designed & executed with love by our own Anthony Patrick. Stay tuned for another blog post showing the transformation of this bike as it went from a standard Sportster 883 to the minimal Scrambler for sale today. This baby is now available for purchase on Craigslist and through direct message on our Instagram page.
